Cold Brew Tutorial

Step-by-Step Guide: Cold Brew

You will need: coffee, filtered water, brewer, scale, grinder

Step 1:
Weigh 100 grams of whole bean coffee.

Step 2:
Grind on a medium setting, and pour the ground coffee into your filter.

Step 3:
Pour 1000g of water into your brewer and stir well.

Step 4:
Refrigerate for 8-24 hours.

Step 5:
Remove the filter containing the coffee grounds.

Step 6:
Cut with 380 grams of water.

Step 7:
Pour and Enjoy! Your cold brew will keep for up to 5 days in the fridge.

Optional:
Combine with your choice of milk to taste.
