Slovakian and Lim Marián, a husband and wife team and partners in Zanya Coffee, relocated to the Langbiang Mountains to explore the untapped potential of the Arabica coffee produced there. This journey inspired a clear vision: to redefine Vietnam’s identity in the coffee world by shifting perceptions from a solely Robusta producer to a nation celebrated for exceptional Arabica varieties. Focused on innovative processing techniques and equipped with a global perspective, the couple has combined the best practices and technologies from around the world with local expertise. As a result, they now produce some of the finest specialty coffees in the region.
